Return Policy
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us immediately. PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE BACK PART WITHOUT CONTACTING US. Returning the part is the responsibility of the customer:-
1) He/ She can return the items within 15 days (about 2 weeks) of delivery according to the tracking number. It can take up to 25 days (about 3 and a half weeks) for a part to reach us once you return it. After we receive the part at the fulfilment Centre, allow us seven business days for the refund amount to show up in your account. Single items from within a set cannot be returned. If you return an item within the allowable return period of time, the refund will be applied to the original method of payment. (For Example: He/ She has paid through Credit card: The refund must be issued to the same credit card you used to make the purchase. If you can’t present the original credit card & it’s not available, we will give you store credit. He/ She can get that same store credit adjusted on the next transaction made with EBM Autos. Items that are damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.
2) When your return request is accepted, we’ll send an email to your registered email address with the subject line “Return Assistance from EBM Autos”. Make sure you ship the return by the date in this email to avoid any delays or issues in the refund process. When the seller accepts your return request, you’ll either receive a return shipping label from the seller, or you’ll be asked to purchase a label directly from a carrier for sending us the part back. Who pays for return shipping? The seller pays for return shipping if they offer a free returns policy or if the item was damaged or faulty. A customer pays for return shipping if you’re returning the item because you changed your mind, and the seller’s return policy states that buyers are responsible for return shipping. When returning an item, use a carrier that provides tracking and upload the details to the return request.
3) The latest date to ship the return will be shown in an email sent by us to the buyer, as well as within the return request. If the buyer does not ship the return by the specified date, we may close the return request. The address to which you need to return the goods will be indicated at the time of conclusion of the contract. Items must be returned to the address provided upon receipt of the RMA. If you return any items to EBM Autos, we will be redirected to the correct address specified in the RMA instructions at your expense. We will refund as soon as we receive the goods. NO OPERATING COSTS are covered for any parts sold by EBM Autos.
